As a key member of the People Services Hub leadership team, you’ll lead the function, overseeing expert HR support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll manage a team of Team Managers and Advisors, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and user-focused service delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity to drive continuous improvement, lead through change, and contribute to strategic projects including automation, AI, and enhanced self-service tools.Key Responsibilities
