The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and organisational change throughout the programme lifecycle.Key responsibilities:Lead the global implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactorsManage HR transformation workstreams including process improvement and business changeDrive programme governance, planning, RAID management and executive reportingWork closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Operations and the wider businessCoordinate internal teams, external vendors and delivery partners globallyEnsure delivery against timelines, budget and programme objectivesSupport communications, training and adoption activities across the businessRequired experience:Proven track record delivering multiple global HR platform implementationsStrong HRIS transformation experience within complex international environmentsSAP SuccessFactors experience ..... full job details .....
