This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business and wants to take ownership of HR at site level, while still benefiting from the support and expertise of an established wider HR team. Supporting a manufacturing site, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR matters, building strong relationships with managers and employees and providing practical, commercially focused HR advice. This is a broad role offering exposure across employee relations, absence, recruitment, engagement, performance, HR systems and wider People initiatives. For someone looking to continue developing their HR career, there is also genuine opportunity for the remit to grow over time.
