This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-led organisation with a global presence, supporting employees and managers across multiple European locations. This is a broad and varied HR position, offering the opportunity to combine operational HR delivery with the leadership of key people initiatives across Europe. Working closely with managers, employees and senior stakeholders, you will provide expert HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle while helping to develop leadership capability and drive best practice. Key responsibilities include: Managing complex employee relations matters, including absence, wellbeing, performance, grievance and disciplinary cases. Coaching and supporting managers on a wide range of people-related issues. Leading annual performance review and talent management processes. Supporting employee development and succession planning activities. Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract high-quality talent.
