This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to lead the people agenda across a UK-based operation while providing specialist support on French employment matters. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will act as the trusted HR adviser to managers and executives, combining strategic input with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner who is comfortable operating in a standalone capacity within a fast-paced, international environment. The Role As the lead HR professional, you will be responsible for delivering effective people strategies, managing employee relations matters, supporting organisational change, and ensuring HR operations run efficiently across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the primary HR adviser to senior leaders and managers. Leading complex employee relations matters, with a particular focus on French employment law. Providing guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance issues. Supporting organisational change initiatives, restructures and workforce planning activities.
