HR Manager

Location: Epping, Essex (with regular travel to Camden)Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Hours: Full-time, 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible arrangements including 3 or 4 days per week considered for the right candidate)Hybrid Working: Available for the right candidate following successful onboarding and establishment within the business About the Company Our client is a successful and growing SME operating within the commercial construction, plumbing and heating sector. With a turnover of approximately £15 million and a workforce of around 90-95 people, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and professionalisation. As the company continues to expand, there is an increasing focus on compliance, governance, quality management and people processes. This newly created opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in shaping and supporting the organisation''s people strategy whilst providing practical, hands-on HR support across the business. The Opportunity This is a standalone HR role offering significant autonomy and variety. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers with day-to-day people matters and ensuring the business remains compliant and commercially focused.
