HR Manager Near Hayes £60,000-£65,000 + Excellent Benefits Full-Time, On-Site (5 Days Per Week) Morgan Philips is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Manager. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for leading the people agenda across a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, driving employee engagement, enhancing EDI initiatives, developing management capability, and overseeing all day-to-day HR operations. Please note: this is a fully site-based position, requiring attendance on-site 5 days per week at the company''s location near Hayes. This is not a hybrid role. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees at all levels. Key responsibilities include: Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting the development of a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Leading Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) programmes and embedding best practice across the business. Designing and delivering management development initiatives to enhance leadership capability. Managing recruitment activity across both blue-collar and white-collar populations.
