HR Manager

Up to £70,000 North West London 3 days on-site following probation An established and growing international business with a strong reputation for delivering specialist, high-value services to a prestigious global client base is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its People team. This is a broad, hands-on HR generalist role reporting to the HR Director, with a strong focus on employee relations, manager support and HR operations. The business has over 200 employees across multiple UK sites, including both operational and office-based teams. You will take ownership of day-to-day HR, managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters. You will work closely with managers, providing practical advice and coaching while ensuring best practice and compliance with UK employment legislation. Alongside ER, you will oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to leavers, maintain accurate HR records and support benefits and payroll processes. You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new HR system and the move to an outsourced payroll provider. The role includes management of an HR Administrator, as well as close collaboration with the HR Director and Learning and Development team on performance management, manager development and wider people initiatives.
