HR Manager - 30 hoursAbout the FirmWe are a well-established, highly respected and growing professional services firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice and service to our clients.The RoleAs HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, overseeing day-to-day HR operations while helping to drive continuous improvement in HR practices, employee engagement and compliance.You will support partners and managers across the business, ensuring the firm continues to attract, develop and retain talented professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and exit processesLead recruitment for trainee, qualified and senior professional rolesProvide guidance to partners and managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance managementEnsure ongoing compliance with UK employment legislation and best-practice HR standardsDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures appropriate for a regulated professional services environmentSupport learning, development and CPD frameworks, helping employees progress their careersOversee performance review and appraisal processesMaintain accurate HR records and provide reporting to senior leadershipSupport the development and effective use of HR systemsAssist with employee engagement initiatives and internal people programmesYou will bring:Proven HR management experience, ideally ..... full job details .....
