HR ManagerManufacturingHinckleyCirca 4-5 days per week onsiteCan consider full time or part time applicants (Min 4 days) Client DetailsMichael Page HR are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful manufacturing organisation in Hinckley to appoint for a HR Manager role.Due to the nature of this sector, the role will mostly be a site based role of circa 4-5 days per week onsite.DescriptionReporting to the CFO and partnering with management and leadership at this busy, multi-site manufacturing organisation, the role of HR Manager will oversee a small HR team and take responsibility for the full people life-cycle, dealing with all operational and strategic matters to ensure a first class HR offering to this growing organisation.Duties will include but not limited to:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Ensure all HR policies, procedures and systems are effective and fit for purposeOversee recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management processes.Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.Lead performance management and professional development programmes.Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.Work with leadership to assess training needs and develop appropriate training initiativesOversee TandA systemProfileIdeal applicants will have a proven background ..... full job details .....
