Your expertise in employee relations and payroll management could make a real difference in this varied and high-profile position.HR Manager ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to: Advising on employee relations issues across multiple European countries to ensure fair and compliant resolutions.Overseeing payroll processes, particularly across different jurisdictions, to deliver accurate and timely payments.Collaborating with the Senior People Manager to develop and implement HR strategies.Supporting HR projects and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.Maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with current regulations and best practices.Building strong relationships with employees and managers to promote a supportive work environment.Working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving department.
