HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HR) UK Based Location: Thames Valley Package: £50 80k base General Role Summary The primary focus of the EMEA HR Business Partner is to partner with leadership as they set the business agenda, define the business objectives, translate the business needs into HR requirements and pro-actively bring the business and people agendas together. Working effectively in a complex, matrix, sales driven, ever changing environment is key. The EMEA HR Business Partner will report to the EMEA HR Director Principle Responsibilities Proactively engage with the business on issues such as the talent, leadership and employee development, organisational design, culture change, employee relations, special programs and change management initiatives Monitor performance with business client management Work closely with Senior Management and HRBP community to understand local operational issues and objectives to be able to influence and align the objectives as appropriate. Experiences/ Education Experienced - in Business Human Resources experience with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a sales led organisation Demonstrated experience in consulting with Business Leaders and Managers as well as influencing others to achieve exceptional performance and results.
