This role as a People Business Partner offers an exciting opportunity to drive HR initiatives and support business leaders with strategic people plans. Based in Abingdon, you will play a key role in aligning human resources strategies with organisational goals.Client DetailsWith over 2,000 employees globally, you''ll be joining a team of strong HR Business Partners (I''ve previously placed a couple of members of the team, so I might be biased ), who support managers across various locations with large-scale change programmes. This is a maternity contract, lasting 12 months initially. You''ll work for an excellent manager, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
