The business operates within a structured and highly compliant environment, offering strong career development and the chance to work closely with both finance and operational stakeholders.Your new roleAs Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting while supporting project performance across a portfolio of FM healthcare contracts. Key responsibilities include:Production of monthly management accounts in line with internal policies and IFRS standardsSupporting project teams with financial analysis, performance reviews, and variance reportingMonitoring contract KPIs, profitability, cash flow and cost performance to drive improved outcomesLeading and coordinating the quarterly forecasting cycle, providing key financial insightsSupporting the preparation of reporting packs for senior stakeholdersIdentifying and implementing improvements to financial processes, systems and reportingWhat you''ll need to succeedFully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA)Minimum of 5 years'' experience within management and financial accountingStrong commercial awareness with the ability to influence and support business performanceProven experience improving processes and financial systemsPrevious experience within PFI projects ..... full job details .....
