We are looking for a multi site HR Business Partner to be based ideally around the Midlands region for a large global client.Client DetailsThe client is a well known global organisation with multiple sites across the UK.DescriptionLead on complex and high-volume ER casework, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.Build strong partnerships with trade unions, supporting effective consultation and negotiation.Coach and upskill managers in people management, policy application, and ER best practice.Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business objectives.Support wider HR projects and change programmes, contributing to areas such as engagement, talent, and organisational development.Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment lawProfileStrong HR generalist background with proven experience in complex ER case management.Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-site, unionised environment.Commercially focused, with the ability to balance operational demands with strategic priorities.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Resilient, solutions-focused, and comfortable working with pace and ambiguity.CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).Able to travel to multiple sites across the UKJob OfferCompetitive salary range of up to 60,000 per annum.Car or car allowance Permanent positionPrivate MedicalBonus potential26 days holidayFlexible workingHybrid working ..... full job details .....
