This is more than an HR role — it’s about becoming a trusted advisor, culture ambassador, and change agent across our fast-paced, people-first business.What you\\''ll be doing:Partnering with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and performanceDelivering HR skills workshops, building leadership capability, and guiding performance cyclesOwning engagement initiatives – from ‘Your Say’ surveys to recognition programmesManaging ER cases with confidence and coaching managers through people-related challengesPlaying a key role in change programmes, TUPE, organisational design and LandDWhat we’re looking for:3+ years’ experience in HR business partnering in a multi-site environmentStrong ER knowledge (TUPE experience a plus)A passion for people, culture, and practical HR deliveryA proactive, commercial mindset with strong influencing skillsThis is your opportunity to be part of a high-performing, values-led team where
