This HR Advisor role is based in East Kent Some responsibilities of HR Advisor are: To oversee and administer all aspects of the recruitment process, draft and place recruitment adverts, arrange and attend interviews, and support managers in this process. HR Advisor and notetaker at employee relations meetings, including Grievances and Disciplinaries Draft permanent staff employment contracts and letters of employment as and when required. Support the team with maintenance and development of the HR databases, including Sage HR. Oversee the recruitment of Apprentices and liaise with college providers as required. Prepare, organise and deliver staff inductions. Ensure due diligence is maintained in line with Safer Recruitment. Support the HR Manager with projects. Advise managers on policy and process according to legislation and organisational requirements. Carry out the administration of staff appraisal and probations, highlighting any concerns to the HR Manager. Disclosure and Barring Service checks, being a counter-signatory to this process.
