This role can be in the office either 3 or 4 days per week. HR Administrator - The Role RecruitmentUpdate Job Descriptions, as requiredLiaise with recruitment agencies, reception and line managers to co-ordinate, as appropriate:- CV reviews and feedback, testing- Interviews set up and room bookingsAssist the Senior HR Advisor with the production of offer documentation and associated paperwork and action new starter processes e.g. pre-employment checks, pre-employment medicalsCreate new starter files (hard and soft copies)Set up new starter records in the HRISBack up for employee background checksArrange induction sessions Compensation and BenefitsAssist with the administration and maintenance of employee records in relation to benefitsAssist with the preparation of benefits information as required from time to time Training and DevelopmentBook staff onto courses as required and produce Training Sponsorship agreementsCo-ordinate the evaluation of any training undertakenAssist with the maintenance of training records and plansAssist with the annual ..... full job details .....
