Job Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Head of HR and wider team at our Head Office. This is a varied role covering recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and people support, ensuring a smooth employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Source and scout candidates, managing active talent pipelines.

Draft and post job adverts across job boards and social media channels.

Support hiring managers with job specifications and candidate screening.

Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback.

Manage the onboarding process including right-to-work checks, offer letters, employment contracts, and induction packs.
HR Administration
-
Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS and internal systems.

Process starters, leavers, and contract changes.
-
Provide monthly reporting on joiners, leavers, absence data, and other key metrics.

Assist with absence tracking, holiday bookings, and sickness reporting.

Support ad hoc people projects, such as policy reviews and wellbeing initiatives.
Person Specification
-
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

1+ years’ experience in HR administration or recruitment (desirable).
-
Experience using HRIS/ATS systems.
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
