Housing Transformation Project Manager 12-Month Contract London Local Authority Hybrid We are working with a leading local authority to recruit an experienced Housing Transformation Project Manager for a high-profile 12-month transformation programme. This is a key role for a confident project or transformation professional who can turn strategic plans into practical, deliverable change across housing services. The Role as a Housing Transformation Project Manager You will lead the day-to-day delivery of a major housing transformation programme, working closely with senior housing leaders, HR and corporate teams. You will be responsible for: Leading the transformation plan and key delivery milestones. Coordinating multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders. Managing risks, issues, dependencies and programme governance. Supporting operating model and service redesign. Developing business cases, reports and transformation documentation. Facilitating senior workshops and engagement sessions. Driving agreed changes through to implementation. About You We are looking for a strong Project Manager, Programme Manager or Transformation Manager with experience delivering complex organisational change. Ideally, you will have experience in: Housing, local government or social housing. Service redesign or operating model transformation. Managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
