To support this high-profile transformation programme, we are seeking an experienced Housing Repairs Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a complex portfolio of change initiatives. The Opportunity This is a pivotal role responsible for driving the successful delivery of a major Housing Repairs transformation programme. You will lead multiple workstreams spanning housing operations, digital systems, customer services, suppliers and contractors, ensuring programme objectives are achieved within agreed timescales and budgets. Working across the council and with external partners, you will provide programme leadership, governance and assurance while managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
