Housing Manager

Marks Consulting Partners is currently looking for a Senior Housing Officer to work with one of our Charity Association clients in Surrey What the Job Will Be Doing Leading the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused housing management services. Managing complex tenancy, safeguarding, and estate management issues. Providing housing-related support to residents to help them sustain their tenancies. Working closely with external agencies, local authorities, and legal representatives. Supporting residents with welfare benefits, financial management, and tenancy responsibilities. Driving service improvements and ensuring KPIs and service standards are achieved. Contributing to policy, procedure, and service development across housing management. Supporting the wider property and maintenance teams to resolve housing and repair issues. What You Will Need Essential: Level 4 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Proven experience within housing management or tenancy sustainment. Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice within the social housing sector. Experience managing complex tenancy issues, safeguarding, and resident support. Ability to work collaboratively with external partners and statutory agencies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Experience supporting residents with welfare benefits and financial matters. Ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver person-centred housing services. ..... full job details .....
