Homelessness Reviews Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Community Homelessness Officer for a Local Authority Client in Southwest London.In this role, you will proactively support residents at risk of homelessness through early intervention, community-based casework, and person-centred prevention support. Duties:Deliver early intervention and homelessness prevention support to residents in the communityManage and progress a complex caseload independently and proactivelyWork collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate holistic supportMaintain accurate case records in line with legislation, policy, and local procedures Qualifications and Experience:The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:Direct experience supporting clients in housing, homelessness, or community servicesManaging complex caseloads and delivering person-centred interventionsUsing case management systems and maintaining accurate recordsCollaborating with multi-agency teams and community partners What''s on offer:Salary: 30ph may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience Contract type: 3-6 months minimumHours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week How to apply:Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
