Homelessness Reviews Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Community Homelessness Officer for a Local Authority Client in Southwest London.

In this role, you will proactively support residents at risk of homelessness through early intervention, community-based casework, and person-centred prevention support.

Duties:

• Deliver early intervention and homelessness prevention support to residents in the community
• Manage and progress a complex caseload independently and proactively
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate holistic support
• Maintain accurate case records in line with legislation, policy, and local procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

• Direct experience supporting clients in housing, homelessness, or community services
• Managing complex caseloads and delivering person-centred interventions
• Using case management systems and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with multi-agency teams and community partners

What''s on offer:

Salary: -30ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
