Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Wellingborough

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident and compassionate HLTA to join one of our partner SEMH/SEN schools in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing and well-resourced environment that prioritises student wellbeing and personalised learning.

You will support children and young people with a variety of additional needs, including SEMH, autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning difficulties, and communication needs. The role includes leading intervention groups, supporting EHCP targets, managing behaviour positively, and working collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has HLTA qualification or significant classroom leadership experience

• Is resilient, patient and emotionally intelligent

• Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

• Has experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour

• Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
