Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join one of our respected partner SEMH/SEN schools in Corby.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting supporting pupils with SEMH needs and additional learning difficulties. You will play a key role in delivering small group interventions, supporting EHCP outcomes, leading classroom activities, and promoting positive behaviour strategies.

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds HLTA status or substantial higher-level TA experience

• Has strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills

• Is adaptable across both primary and secondary age groups

• Understands trauma-informed and restorative approaches

• Is passionate about inclusive education
