Salary: andpound;90-120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in HP20, Aylesbury is seeking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils'' progress and delivering planned lessons in the teacherandrsquo;s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Support small groups and individual learners to access the curriculum
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to adapt learning for diverse needs
• Provide behaviour and pastoral support where required
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential
