• Contract: Full-Time

Your Role:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across multiple key stages.
• Collaborate on personalized learning plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide one-to-one support for pupils needing additional assistance.
• Promote an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with lesson planning and deliver stimulating classroom activities.
• Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to aid development.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience as an HLTA or similar educational support role is preferred.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively.
• A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to working in a team.
