We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a well-regarded school in the Chesham area. About the Role:
- Collaborate closely with teachers to plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons.
- Lead focused small group and individual instruction, offering tailored support to students.
- Support the creation and development of curriculum materials and resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Supervise and guide the activities of other teaching assistants.
- Play an active role in contributing to the overall academic achievement of our students.
The ideal candidate will:
- A Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent is essential
- Proven experience in a similar role within a school environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
