Are you a passionate and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a fulfilling role where you can truly make a difference£
We are looking for a dedicated HLTA to join a well-regarded primary school located in Milton Keynes. Starting in Spetember 2025, this full-time position offers the opportunity to become a key member of a supportive and forward-thinking team, in a school where staff are appreciated and pupils are encouraged to flourish both academically and personally.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- A recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential
- Proven experience in a similar role within a primary school environment
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset to enhance teaching and learning
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A genuine enthusiasm for education and a strong commitment to supporting pupil development and well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with class teachers to plan, deliver, and assess dynamic, differentiated learning experiences
- Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, fostering academic progress and confidence
- Modify teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEN and EAL
- Promote and sustain positive behaviour, helping to create a respectful and focused classroom atmosphere
- Support the tracking of pupil progress and contribute meaningful feedback to inform next steps in learning
- Engage fully in school life by participating in staff meetings, continuous professional development, and enrichment activities
