Health and Safety Manager Up to £55,000 + Life Assurance + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Guildford, Surrey - Monday to Friday, On-Site Search is exclusively recruiting a Health and Safety Manager for an established engineering and manufacturing business again based in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional who is ready to take greater ownership, become the senior safety lead on site and gain direct exposure to the Board of Directors. You could already be operating at Manager level, or you might be an experienced Health and Safety Advisor working within a larger HSEQ structure who feels ready to step up and take ownership of a site. Take ownership of the safety agenda and have the autonomy to make recommendations and drive improvements. An opportunity to make the step from Advisor to Manager without needing to have previously led an HandS function.
