Junior Health and Safety Advisor

We are recruiting for a Junior / Trainee HandS Advisor in London, the company is based in Borehamwood, the HandS Advisor will be based on a project in Battersea Responsibilities Carry out regular health and safety inspections and audits on live sites Support site teams with HSEQ compliance and procedures Monitor activities to identify hazards and report findings Review RAMS with the team Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks/briefings Monitor subcontractor compliance and safe systems of work Produce inspection reports and maintain safety documentation Promote a positive health and safety culture across projects Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act, CDM Regulations and company policiesKey requirements Previous experience in construction health and safety or a site-based role (Minimum 6 - 12 months) Previous RC Frame experience is highly desirable (open to background, as entry level would consider other sectors Any study towards environmental or sustainability would be an advantage NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards) Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with site teams Eagerness to learn and develop in a safety career Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Full UK Driving LicenceAbout UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
