HEALTH and SAFETY MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION WEMBLEY SALARY UP TO 70,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team, with the successful candidate being available to start as soon as possible. They are specifically seeking someone with a strong background in groundworks, reinforced concrete frames and civil engineering, who understands the pace and challenges of their industry and can quickly integrate into their business. Following the company induction and familiarisation with the management systems, they would expect the successful candidate to be undertaking independent site safety inspections, engaging with site management teams and providing practical health and safety support within a very short period. The ideal candidate will have: Significant experience in a Health and Safety Manager or Senior Health and Safety Advisor role within the groundworks, RC frame, or civil engineering sector. A sound understanding of the hazards associated with excavation works, temporary works, lifting operations, buried services, plant operations, reinforced concrete frame construction, drainage, deep excavations, and demolition interfaces. Experience of carrying out detailed site safety inspections, audits, behavioural observations, and accident/incident investigations.
