Senior Health and Safety Advisor / Senior HSEQ AdvisorLocation: Potters Bar, HertfordshireSalary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance Sector: Construction / Health and Safety / HSEQEmployment Type: Full-timeReporting To: HSEQ Director The Opportunity Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor / Senior HSEQ Advisor to join their team, based from their Potters Bar office and supporting projects across the business. Reporting directly to the HSEQ Director, this is a senior, hands-on position responsible for monitoring the implementation of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures across live construction projects. You will undertake regular site inspections and audits, support the delivery of HSEQ initiatives and campaigns, and work closely with project teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistently high standards are maintained. The successful candidate will be an experienced HSEQ professional who is confident proactively engaging with project teams, challenging standards where necessary and helping to drive a positive HSEQ culture throughout the business.
