Roc Search''s client have an opening for a Head of Sales to join their team based in Hampshire due to company growth. The role is a high-impact, deal maker position within the specialty chemicals market, and will require experience within chemicals, performance materials or similar.The role will be primarily client site based, and will include travelling throughout the UK and Europe. When not travelling, the role may be worked remotely with travel into the head office when needed. RequirementsEducational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration or equivalent7+ years of commercial/sales experience in the specialty chemicals/performance materials industryDemonstrated record of achieving revenue, margin and growth targets in a European or Global market; experience managing key account, distributor networks and multi-country sales operationsExperience operation in a matrix organisation and driving cross-functional collaboration (RandD, marketing, supply chain, finance)Strong travel flexibility and willingness to spend time in-marketBenefits 60,000 - 70,000 per annum25 days holiday + bankPensionPrivate medical (singular) Please note, our client is unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.
