Head of Paraplanning Full-Time Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Paraplanning to join a successful and growing independent wealth management and financial planning firm. This established, employee-focused business has been providing high-quality financial advice and investment management solutions to private clients for over 30 years. With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to long-term client relationships, they are seeking a technically strong and people-focused individual to lead their paraplanning function. The Role This is a hybrid role combining hands-on paraplanning responsibilities with leadership and management duties. You will work closely with Financial Planners, Administrators and senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service whilst driving the development and performance of the paraplanning team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (35-hour week). Key Responsibilities Paraplanning Analyse clients'' circumstances, objectives, requirements and attitude to risk Review and assess existing financial arrangements Analyse capital gains tax positions and wider tax considerations Conduct product and provider research Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters Assist with client reviews and attend client meetings where appropriate Respond to client and colleague queries Maintain accurate client records Keep up to date with regulatory and industry developments Management and ..... full job details .....
