Client Details This role is within the property industry and is based in Hertfordshire. Description Lead and manage the financial planning and budgeting processes. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and forecasts. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Manage and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. Profile A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have: A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
