Head of Finance Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical Some Hybrid Working Manchester An exciting opportunity to join a specialist Manufacturing business in Manchester, looking for a commercially astute Head of Finance to lead their UK finance function. This is a hands-on, leadership role with full ownership of financial operations and reporting. Key responsibilities include: Driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Developing and mentoring the finance team Supporting margin improvement, cost control, and performance tracking Overseeing cash flow, treasury, and liquidity Managing standard costing and variance analysis Ensuring full compliance across tax, payroll, and internal controls Partnering with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives What You ll Need to Succeed: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience within Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical An understanding of a multi group environment.
