Head Of Finance

OverviewAmplifi Talent are partnering with a privately owned, high-growth SME to recruit a Head of Finance on a permanent basis. Our client operates in the import / manufacturing sectors, so a finance professional with experience in these areas would represent an ideal hire. This is a new role created in response to increased demand and offers the incoming Head of Finance the opportunity to shape the finance function. The focus is on ensuring finance has the capacity to support the continued growth the company is experiencing as it diversifies its product offering and expands into new markets.

Responsibilities

Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts.

Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial projections.

Experience of product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Multi-currency experience and understanding of the impact of currency fluctuations on business operations.

Experience of inventory management and stock valuation.

Develop and optimise internal systems.

Qualifications

Focussed on bringing in an individual with the experience to build and lead the finance function.
