Connected Health is recruiting for a Head of Operations to lead and develop our Supported Living service within an innovative care environment. Connected Health operates across the five NI Health Trusts, supporting adults to live independently in their own homes with confidence. We are transforming how Homecare is delivered across the UK and Ireland and seek driven individuals to help achieve our goals.What we offer

Provide leadership, management and guidance of the highest standards by supporting our team, to ensure the Live Connected clients receive the best outcomes in everything we do.Work with the Head of Service development and engagement to develop new services in line with Connected Health strategic growth plans.Contribute towards a positive, cohesive and therapeutic environment and address matters relating to disciplinary, grievance, incidents and complaints within the service.Achieve high levels of compliance with regulations, laws, quality standards and policies, aiming for Outstanding RQIA compliance.Ensure Health and Safety of staff and clients; adhere to CL Policies and Procedures for a safe working environment.Promote the aims and values of Connected Living brand.Review and improve operational processes to deliver an efficient service through technology.Identify and recruit quality Support Workers, provide training and maintain retention.Support service users toward independence and collaborate with connected health partners through multi-disciplinary teams.Ensure staff training is implemented and quality care services are consistently delivered.Design and oversee scheduling so that Support Workers deliver allocated care; conduct and record Spot Checks and Audits electronically.Complete and improve Care Assessments, Risk Assessments and Care Plans to meet service user outcomes and exceed expectations.Operate the business in a paperless manner using technological software and electronic communications with clients and loved ones.Monitor Key Performance Indicators and report statistics to the Director as appropriate.Ensure efficient administration procedures comply with Living Connected Care policy and regulatory requirements, including rota planning, medication storage and dispensation, and annual reporting on service evaluation.Carry out ad hoc duties to support business growth.Essential criteria

Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 5 qualification in Health and Social CareMinimum of 5 years'' experience in Supported LivingExperience and knowledge of the Care Industry in a similar leadership role with regulatory inspections; capable of passing the RQIA registration interviewFull clean UK driving licence with access to own transportDesirable criteria

Experience and knowledge of the Domiciliary Care IndustrySkills and abilities

Highly determined, driven and ambitious, with a desire to contribute to business growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate services and values to clients or referral sourcesAdvanced computer skills, including MS Office and reporting capabilitiesSelf-motivated and flexible; willingness to participate in an on-call systemHighly organized with strong planning and attention to detailA creative and strategic thinker able to influence and communicate improvements to the teamLive Connected is a branch of the Connected Health group providing quality care to adults with mental ill health, learning disabilities or complex needs through supported living.
