As our Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, you will be the CEO’s strategic right hand and the company’s internal operations lead.This is a high-trust, high-visibility leadership role. You’ll own internal systems, ensure cross-functional delivery, bring structure to our day-to-day, and step confidently into gaps. You’ll manage OKRs, oversee projects, support high-level communication, and drive operational excellence across every function of the business.We’re looking for a humble, highly organised individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces unpredictable challenges, and is ready to lead both strategically and tactically.Key Responsibilities

Strategic OperationsOwn company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and reportingDesign and lead cross-functional planning and execution processesMaintain and optimise internal meeting rhythms (Leadership syncs, All-Hands, 1:1s)Monitor progress on team priorities, ensuring follow-through on key deliverablesPromote a high-performance, high-trust culture aligned with Movetru’s valuesCEO Enablement and Executive SupportManage the CEO’s calendar, travel logistics, and daily prioritiesAct as a strategic thought partner on company direction and decision-makingTriage inbound requests to protect CEO focus and ensure priority alignmentFlag operational risks, surface blockers, and solve issues proactivelyOperations and AdministrationOversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring internal systems are efficient and scalableOwn general office management and maintenance responsibilitiesManage contracts, general compliance, insurance, and adminSupport light bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and invoice managementCoordinate tools and workflows for CRM, onboarding, project management, and documentationLead or co-lead strategic and cross-functional initiativesDrive team accountability by following up on projects and deadlinesManage multidisciplinary project tracking across Movetru teamsSupport people operations (onboarding, performance tracking, freelance/vendor management)Champion and promote Movetru’s culture in everyday workCommunications and Stakeholder ManagementEnsure clarity and alignment across team communicationsDraft or refine updates for investors, partners, and customersPrepare board decks, internal reports, and other strategic documentsRespond to high-stakes communication calmly, clearly, and constructivelyGeneralist SupportStep into operational gaps and solve problems independentlyTackle unexpected tasks without hesitationMaintain structure, speed, and organisation during high-pressure momentsCandidate ProfileMust-Haves

3+ years experience in startups, consulting, operations, or cross-functional leadershipProven track record of managing complex projects end-to-endHighly organised, structured, and execution-focusedStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and solving operational issuesConfident working with senior stakeholders and driving accountabilityFamiliar with Google WorkspaceHumble, hands-on, and willing to do whatever needs to be doneNice-to-Haves

Experience in sportstech, hardware/software companies, or early-stage startupsExposure to investor relations, board reporting, or C-suite supportFamiliarity with performance science, sports organisations, or wearable technologyWhy Movetru
