This role will lead the Business Intelligence, Performance and Information Governance functions, driving the development of modern data, reporting and performance frameworks that support strategic decision-making and improved customer outcomes.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation''s data and performance strategy, leading the delivery of Power BI reporting, performance management, data governance, AI-enabled analytics, and organisational insight across Housing and Care and Support services.
