Your new company Hays is happy to be working with a well established business who are based in Poole, this construction products and services business specialising in roofing, waterproofing, metal fabrications, solar PV, green roofs and roof safety solutions.Your new role The Group HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR Department across the organisation. The role encompasses employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development and compliance with current employment laws. The Group HR Manager ensures that HR policies and procedures are kept up to date and aligned with organisational goals, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.What you''ll need to succeed Disciplinary and Grievance Management - Collaborate with Managers to address disciplinary actions and grievance issues, ensuring all formal meetings are documented accurately.HR Support and Advice - Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers on all HR related queries.Policy Development - Create, maintain, and update HR Policies, Employee Handbook and Data Protection related documentation.Employee Records Management - Maintain and administer all HR employee records and HR forms.Absence Management - Oversee staff absences by maintaining an absence log and conducting back-to-work interviews.Training Management - To ensure employee training certificates are logged and kept up to date, sourcing and arranging additional training where ..... full job details .....
