Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will have the autonomy to manage the day-to-day HR operation while also developing policies, processes and people initiatives across the business.This is a varied, hands-on position and would particularly suit someone who enjoys being the go-to person for all things HR.What you''ll be doing:Taking ownership of the day-to-day HR function and providing practical advice and guidance to managers across the business.Managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence cases.Leading formal HR meetings and ensuring accurate documentation and processes are followed.Reviewing, developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook.Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job descriptions, agency liaison, interviews, offers and onboarding.Preparing contracts and supporting all new starter, probation and leaver processes.Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records and HR documentation.Supporting absence management, including return-to-work processes.Preparing and maintaining relevant payroll and holiday ..... full job details .....
