Group FPandA Manager

Cedar is partnering exclusively with a leading international investment management firm to appoint a Manager within its Group/Corporate FPandA team. Reporting to the Head of FPandA and working closely with the CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role covering the management company, listed holding company and wider group. You will take ownership of the models, reporting and analysis that support senior management, Board and investor decision-making. Alongside core FPandA responsibilities, the role offers exposure to valuations, liquidity and debt modelling, carried interest, compensation and incentive schemes. It is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong FPandA professional seeking senior exposure and a clear route towards Senior Manager. Key responsibilities Build and maintain consolidated budgets, forecasts and long-term planning models Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting, KPI dashboards and Board packs Deliver variance, profitability, cost and headcount analysis Provide clear commentary and recommendations to senior management Support liquidity forecasting, debt modelling and covenant monitoring Assist with holding-company valuations and portfolio performance analysis Model bonus pools, carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements Support fund FPandA and review fund accounting information when required Improve FPandA models, reporting processes and automation Partner with Finance, HR, investment teams and senior business leaders ..... full job details .....
