FPandA Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused FPandA Manager to join a growing, multi-site organisation based in High Wycombe - a high-impact senior finance role with direct CFO exposure Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible role and an opportunity to become a key member of the senior finance team. You will act as a right-hand person to the CFO, providing the analysis, insight and commercial challenge required to support business performance and future growth. This is much more than a traditional FPandA position. You will have genuine ownership of the Group''s planning, forecasting and performance agenda, while working closely with senior operational leaders and functional heads across the business. The opportunity You will be responsible for leading the Group''s FPandA activity, while working closely with the CFO on both day-to-day performance and longer-term strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the annual budgeting process and five-year business plan. Acting as a key finance partner to the CFO and senior leadership team.
