Financial Planning and Analysis Manager £60k - £69k FTE Membership Organisation Permanent Part Time, 17.5 hours per week Hybrid, London Altum is partnered with a medical membership organisation to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join its finance team during an exciting period of financial transformation. This is a senior and influential role, leading financial planning and business partnering across a £25m organisation and its two associated charities. Working closely with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead on budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modelling, while helping to improve financial understanding and decision-making across the wider business. With a new finance system already in place, this role will also play an important part in developing reporting, analysis and dashboards and maximising the value of the organisation''s financial systems. Key Responsibilities Leading business partnering across the organisation and its two associated charities Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, alongside longer-term financial planning and modelling Working directly with the Leadership Team to provide financial insight, challenge and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Leading organisational financial reporting and delivering clear presentations to senior stakeholders Developing and improving financial analysis, reporting and dashboards Maximising the use of the ..... full job details .....
