Group Financial Controller

Axon Moore are excited to be partnered with a high growth Industrials business who are in the midst of a transformative period and require a technically proficient Group Financial Controller to act as number 1 in finance. As Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for ensuring a compliant and fit for purpose finance function whilst overseeing the international element of our client. This role will eventually grow into a Finance Director position and you will also play a part in developing the finance team out.The Role

Ensuring a fit for purpose finance function in line with business growthOversight of international consolidationsOwnership of statutory reportingLeading the annual audit processExposure to reporting under IFRSPreparing monthly board packs including commentaryBusiness partnering with the rest of the board on strategic initiativesLeading the budgeting and forecasting processesThe Person
