Do you strive to deliver excellence for two of Londons leading private members clubs?Home House Collection is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Events Sales and Planning team as a Group Events Executive.Why Home House Collection?Home House Collection owns two of Londons leading private members clubs.Both Home House and Home Grown welcome individual characters and through their varied events and service culture they create a convivial environment in which their community flourishes.The two clubs share the same values, however, the fundamental difference between the two is the purpose. Home Grown being for business and Home House for socialising.As Group Events Executive you will report to our Group Events Manager and your responsibilities will include:Ensuring each event is effectively managed from pre-planning to beyond its completion.Positively approaching sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue, including bedroom and restaurant reservations.Ensuring every sales opportunity is realised and converted into a booking.Staying informed of the goals and objectives of the Events team.Being aware of and strive to exceed the monthly sales targets and annual sales plan.Developing professional relationships with guests, members, potential members and external suppliers, acting as an ambassador of Home Grown at all times.Handling members and potential members in such a way that sales and profitability is maintained.Responding to client requests as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours; if this is not possible for any reason, the client should be contacted with an update within 24 hours.Ensuring that all menus and wine lists are up to date.Ensuring effective diary management: follow up provisional bookings on a daily basis to make sure that all bookings in the diary are confirmed. If bookings are released, ensure that they are done so in a timely manner to free the space to potential opportunities.Ensuring that each client is issued with a contract and the deposit schedule is adhered to.Liaising with clients to coordinate each private event in good time for the Function Sheet meeting in the preceding week. All details should be collated accurately on a function sheet ready for distribution.Ordering flowers, equipment, DJ, bands, entertainment or any other requests from nominated suppliers.Liaising with clients regarding any delivery and collection of event materials, communicating with the relevant team to ensure there are no mistakes.Liaising with the Events Operations team to ensure each event is run effectively and that all parties are aware of their responsibilities.Passing all details from the client, no matter how seemingly trivial or small, to the Events Operations team to ensure the smooth running of the event.Ensuring all menus, place cards and table plans are completed one day prior to the event.Following up all events to ascertain satisfaction levels.In return, what do we offer?A supportive and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued.Generous commission scheme.Opportunities for career advancement and training, including access to exclusive events and networking.Competitive salary and pension.Private health insurance and Employee Assistance scheme.Gym and retail discounts.Complimentary meals on duty.In-House experiences at both Home Grown and Home House.Wagestream.Clothing allowance.If you feel this is the perfect role and environment for you, please share your CV.
