We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a high-achieving secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea from September. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students across a range of subjects, both in and out of the classroom. You will help to deliver targeted interventions, provide one-to-one and small group support, and contribute to the wider life of the school.

The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will:

• Hold a degree from a recognised university
• Have a genuine interest in education and supporting young people
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Reside within or be able to commute to Kensington and Chelsea
